DSA-001 is NGE's institutional memory guard. It watches every canonical document across GitHub and Notion, detects when content drifts, and routes confirmation requests to the right people — before decisions diverge from the docs that govern them.
Every time a canonical document changes, a change event appears here. Each card shows the document, who it affects, and how long until the confirmation deadline expires.
Click any card to open the full detail view and mark individual people confirmed.
The center panel shows every pending item grouped by person. Filter by name to see exactly what each team member still needs to read and confirm.
Hit ✓ Confirm on any item to mark that person aligned. The change card updates in real time. When everyone on the recipient list confirms, the item moves to Confirmed.
Use ✓ Confirm Alignment in the header — select yourself, then work through your personal queue all in one modal.
The right panel is every document DSA-001 monitors. The health dot tells you its current state:
Snap forces an immediate content check — DSA fetches the live document, hashes it, and compares to the stored hash. If it differs, the health dot turns red. Run Snap after you know something changed to put it in the queue immediately.

When you update a canonical document, hit + Log Change in the header.
On submit: DSA takes a snapshot, posts to #dsa-document-notifications, and sends a direct Slack DM to every recipient.
If a change goes overdue — deadline passes with unconfirmed recipients — the → FCL-001 button appears on the change card.
Escalating sends the item into the weekly Feedback Cascade Loop (FCL-001) — NGE's formal governance cadence. FCL picks up all escalated DSA items every Friday and routes them through leadership review.
Per ADR-027: DJ is the primary intake owner. Overdue items that are escalated appear in the FCL dashboard automatically.
